Our Founder
Thomas Williamson, JR., LSP
Mr. Williamson is a Senior Environmental Engineer with over 35 years of environmental engineering/hydrogeological consulting, site remediation, and business development experience.

He has been a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) since September 1994, and he has extensive experience in the preparation and submission of all aspects of the MCP, including Phase I through Phase V reports, Downgradient Property Status, Activity and Use Limitations, Method 1, 2, and 3 Risk Characterizations, Permanent and Temporary Solutions, Numerical Ranking Scoresheets, Limited Removal Actions, Immediate Response Action and Release Abatement Measure Plans, Status and Completion reports, Tier I Permit Applications and modifications, and Public Involvement Participation sites (PIP). Mr. Williamson has provided LSP technical oversight and regulatory report/compliance review and has prepared cost estimates and scopes of work for various lending institutions, insurance companies, attorneys, major oil companies, and industrial clients.
