News : EPA's All Appropriate Inquiry Final Rule

On November 1, 2005, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) issued its final rule for All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI). This rule will become effective on November 1, 2006.

The ASTM Phase I Site Assessment Standard (ASTM E1527-05) has been updated to the requirements of EPA's All Appropriate Inquiry Final Rule.
